The International Callback service is an automated call return system. Every customer is given a unique access number (also called DID). Each DID has a callback number called trigger number programmed to it. Whenever the DID rings once, UniversalCall's system recognizes the account number and immediately calls the user back. When the user picks up the call and hears a voice prompt inviting him or her to place a phone call, the user then makes the call to any destination in the world at UniversalCall's super low rates.

Any working telephone number from anywhere in the world can be programmed for callback service.

You can also use a web trigger to initiate calls from your PC. Simply click the TRIGGER A CALL button enter your access number and destination number, press the CALL button and in a few seconds you will receive a callback and will immediately connect to your destination number. How to make a call using CallBack

1. Dial your trigger number and wait untill it ring onces then hang up.
   
   
2. Our computer will call you back in few seconds, answer your phone and you will hear voice prompt asking you to enter the number you wish to call.
   
   
3. Dial the number you are calling. (see how to dial phone number below)
   

How to make a call using CallBack web trigger

1. Logon to our website (www.universalcall.net) click the Trigger a Call button located at the upper right corner of each page.
   
   
2. Wait for few seconds, our computer will call you back, answer your phone and you will hear voice prompt asking you to enter the number you wish to call.

How to dial a phone number

To Call USA/Canada/Caribbean, Dial 1 + Area code + Tel#
To Call International Countries, Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Tel#

WHAT IS REQUIRED

All you need is a telephone (wired or wireless) with subscription to us or to any telephone provider.

Once you have registered to us you will be given a trigger number that you can you to dial. How ever, if you use Web Trigger you can log on to our website (www.universalcall.net) to innitiate Web Trigger.
